Vermont Tech is a regional leader in education that focuses on the application of sustainable practices and technologies relating to issues of energy, housing, land use and food production. To integrate this educational effort with Vermont's economic growth. The Center is working to transform the campus into an applications field laboratory for the practical application of emerging green technologies and practices that will serve as an example for individuals, business, communities and government across Vermont.

Our Mission:

Dedicated to applying emerging green and sustainable technologies and practice in the areas of energy, buildings, agriculture and land use.

Our Goals:

• Explore and apply solutions and practices that promote sustainability;
• Demonstrate green technologies and practices to Vermonters, and help them bring these solutions home; and
• Partner with Vermont businesses to grow the green economy;
• Educate Vermonters about global resources and climate change.

CSP is working closely with other organizations housed at Vermont Tech including the Vermont Small Business Development Center, Technology Extension Division, and the Vermont Manufacturing Extension Center. CSP also works with Vermont non-profit organizations and business partners.
